The
Hardest Workin' Showman
In Vegas Two Showrooms
|
Justin Tranz
recently followed in the footsteps of James Brown and became the
hardest working showman on The Strip when he accepted a deal to
perform at the Flamingo Hilton's Bugsy's Celebrity Theatre at
midnight on Fridays and Saturdays after he finishes up his 9 pm.
show at Flamingo O'Shea's' Comedy Theater from Tuesday thru
Saturday
America Online's Entertainment Reviewer Cathy
Scott recently rated Justin Tranz' show as a five-star
show along which literary means run, don't walk to see this
show.
The comedy-hypnotist headlines at the
Flamingo O'Shea's Casino and the Flamingo Hilton putting his
subjects into a trance-like state on stage nightly.
Tranz said, "I went to a two year
college called Cecil County Maryland and played basketball on a scholarship.
I finished my degree in psychology from Vorheas University in
South Carolina. All I did in collage was play basketball and
study. After collage I moved home and opened up a janitorial
business and was grossing $1.5 million a year. I had 20 to 30 employees
in Lansdale. My heart wasn't in that business but it worked.
Next I started doing hypnosis shows. My first time was for a
sorority at Temple University.
He said, "I took out an ad in the yellow
pages and had a lot of clients. People wanted to lose weight and
stop smoking. If I felt that someone really wanted to change I
would work with him or her. My success rate was helped
when they came willingly and not by a member of the family. I
was charging people $300 for three session up front. I worked
with celebs from "American Gladiators' for their
confidence, focus and concentration. I worked with people from
the movie "Karate Kid" to help them be able to
memorize their lines. I do very little practice now but have a
CD called "Journey Into Your Mind." It tunes into your
brain waves and you picture what it is that you want to do so
can relax and focus in on what you want. Once you body and mind
is relaxed you can achieve what you want."
The 9 pm. shows at O'Shea's are R-rated.
Tickets are $24.95 plus tax. The midnight shows are also R-rated
at the Flamingo Hilton. You can see the show or be the show from
Tuesday thru Saturday in the Comedy Theatre on the second floor
of Flamingo O'Shea's Casino.

"There's
a new hypnotist in town and his name is Justin Tranz. You can
see him at 7pm and at 10pm at
O'Shea's between the Imperial Palace and the Flamingo Las Vegas in
the 2nd floor theatre. The intimate O'Shea's Comedy Theatre
appears to have been built for a hypnotic show. The Philadelphia
native may become to hypnosis in Las Vegas what Lance Burton is
to magic and Danny Gans is to voice impressionists. The
well-dressed entertainer moved to Las Vegas in 1992 and is
getting his chance at the big time on the Strip. At $24.95 it's
a deal."

"A new hypnotist is packing them in nightly at O'Sheas's
Casino across from Caesars Palace. Justin Tranz recently opened
"Hip-Nosis: Playin' With Your Head" in the second
floor theatre at the Magic and Movie Hall of Fame. The 7pm and 10pm shows
are adult-oriented. It's
hilarious to watch or to be onstage as part of the show. Las
Vegas has needed a good hypnotic act since Marshall Sylver left
The Strip. For tickets and information call 702-737-1343."

"Hypnotist
Justin Tranz is no ordinary performer. He's a first-class
showman in one of Vegas' best theaters for an intimate hypnosis
show. He stars in "Hip-Nosis: Playin' With Your Head"
at O'Shea's Casino (across from Caesars Palace) in The Comedy
Theatre.
